Things were getting serious between me and my girl. I put aside some cash for us to buy a house together. She worked as a microbiologist in a sterility suite. I made us matching rings out of 316 surgical stainless so she could wear it at work.
Then her brother lost her job and had to move in with her. Her friends got fired from work. Her Nana died. She got fired from work. Then she broke up with me, in a text message, citing that I wasn't ready to move forward. I thought with everything hitting her at once was just depression.

I showed her screen shots how I tricked her friend's mother into finding out what kind of engagement ring. I showed her the rings I had made and none of it made a lick of difference, which makes me wonder if that was just the excuse she used or if she fell out of it.

Either way I've been in a Hell of state the past 7 months. But I'm pulling out of it now, and I have a large chunk of cash so I rented a space and I bought a 1993 Fadal HS88/VMC40
22" x 16" x 20". 21 tool changer.

I can't make anything cool because I live in CT but I'm hoping I can start making reweld jigs. I still have some VZ stock adapters I started for Ryche. I'd like to finish those too. I hope to be running by May so keep me in mind because I'd like to provide stuff to the community. Not receivers or anything that would get me in trouble, but I have training in MasterCam, Solidworks, NX12, and soon a machine.

Better you find out now than after the wedding.

Now find a lass that can appreciate a CNC.

Send me some STEN mags, I'll cut em for ya.

Thought that y'all could have the FightLite SCR there?  If you can buy the trigger bits should be relatively easy to reverse engineer and make one on your mill from a solid block.

Have you ever thought about putting more than one clip in a gun? So like a clip that feeds into another clip.

I really like the idea of a 12 gauge hopper but I don't know if that constitutes a "high capacity feeding device".

I was thinking clips that clip together and require disassembly to reload.

I've thought that a .223 single stack hopper would be good for New York, California, & Connecticut.  Feed it w/ .223 stripper clips.

It snowed last Thursday. They rescheduled for this Thursday (the 15th), but it's snowing now, on Tuesday.

I think you're supposed to start w/ a mini-mill, then add stepper motors to it one @ a time.

I started with a Bridgeport. It's an older one with lead screws. If it had ball screws I would be done already.

So I sourced a ball screw conversion... for 1500. Well, 1300 for the machine, 1500 for the conversion... or buy a Bridgeport with ballscrews for 3000...
And then as long as I'm at 3k I could buy an old Millport CNC or similar for 5-6...
It adds up so quickly.

Machine is wired. Leveled. Had to reset the tool changer height.
Now I just need work.
Is anyone interested in a Galil reweld jig?

What about inexpensive AR trigger jigs?  I'm paying $36 shipped on eBay.

No profit to be had there, and criminals like you zip tie them to upper receivers to build 30 clip .30 caliber ghost guns.

I'd rather get my hands on some of the M2 or 1919 parts and make those.
After looking for that guy's solenoid schematic, there's nothing to it.
I wish I bought MechWarrior's prints when he was here.
