Builders of 80%'ers or 1911 pistols may find what they need at MGW, Midwest Gun Works. I did. After spending much time searching the web sites of the two best known parts sources I stumbled upon a modest web site entry: Midwest Gun Works. I needed onyl two small parts to finish up two projects. No one else had them and MGW had near two dozen different versions; firingpin stops. Service was polite and speedy and about two days later I had the parts. No muss no fuss no problems! I'm still waiting for the parts I ordered from Brownell! BTW: I not going to endorced Brownell's as a source for 1911 parts. Yes; Beverly said that they would take care of the problems I have with the parts they sold me but really I shouldn't be having problems with parts given the thousand of dollars spent.
