Usually I'm trying to buy obscure stuff from China, not the other way around.

drill, this board is made up of individual hobbyists and a few working gunsmiths. We buy tools in batches of less than a dozen, from tooling parts suppliers, not manufacturers. Are you just setting up a hobby machine shop in your home, or are you looking to improve your business? We can help you with a hobby machine shop, but if you're running a machine shop for a livelihood, you're going to need to poke around the machinist boards for tips.

Recommendations are going to depend on quantity, drillstar. The 12.7 rounds will likely be available in your neck of the woods. Likely, the 14.5 barrels will be easiest available from Russian sources.

Given I'm likely to be shot @ by drillstar's new machineguns that will be sold to the Islamic State, I'm not too keen on helping him.

I would gladly accept something that fired 12.7x108. It would look nice in my collection.
