Hi all I just got my Suomi the other day and Bam problems right out of the box first it would shoot every time you pulled the charing handle back and release it (lucky I did a dry fire first) I fixed that because when I called the dealer I bought it from he blew me off and said sorry for your problems contact the distributor well after many back and forth emails etc. I said the hell with and fixed my self the trigger group had a problem. Now the problem is the after it fries the bolt will not come forward all the time I pulled it apart again and then went on-line and looked up the parts and found that there according to the on-line manual there are supposed to be 3 springs on the charging handle but only on semi- autos mine has 2 springs and nylon spacer and a steel spacer I need that third spring and every placed I looked none has it because its for semi only I contacted the distributor and he has not answered yet. I need the blue middle one like in the picture.. Does anyone have these springs I would like to replace all 3 if I can find them clay6969@comcast.net
HELP........

They (the dealer) told me to contact TWN firearms Inc. When they told me to contact them I assumed they were the distributors they may be the manufactures I'm not sure they just said get a hold of TWN and gave me a phone number I called and left 2 messages and I called again today no one answered the gun dealer is the one that basically blew me off and said just get a hold of these guys (TWN) I was not very happy either and we (the dealer) went round and round for a while I finally said the hell with it and fixed the one problem now I need to get a hold of the other guy so maybe the springs will take care of the other problem.

TNW is the manufacture. send me a PM or email with all your information: name, address, Phone, purchased from, SN and other markings etc..
as well as everything wrong with it.
I'll try contacting the owner directly to get you some customer support on that weapon.
I know most of the companies in the industry and TNW is one of the companies I have worked with.
I'll see what I can do... (no promises)

Great thanks for the help.. I'm hoping that getting that spring will fix it I really hate to have to ship it away but if I have to I have to..
It just makes me mad the gun dealer should have taken care of all of this they should have sent me a free shipping label and fixed/replaced the weapon thats the problem today bad or no customer service..
Just like I bought a used 9mm carbine at a local shop and it wont shoot I think it is the firing pin anyhow I took it back to the gun shop and I had to pay half the shipping back to the manufacturer because it was used and at first the dealer did not want to even do that because he said they had a life time guarantee that I should just take care of it. I raised hell and he agreed to split the shipping and he would box it up and thats only because I had bought 4 other guns from him and I told him that if he did not want to help no problem the next gun I will buy wont be from him. and with the economy the way it is you would think he would have done anything to help because around here people are losing there houses so buying guns is not a big priority. but anyhow thanks for the help everyone.
Here is the 9mm after I did a few dress up things it is a high-point, Now they have great service emailed them and told them I had bought a used gun and it did not have the scope mount they said no problem and sent me one free no charge. Of coarse I did it backward I got the weapon did all the work to it then tried to fire it only to find out it wont shoot. I'm sure they will fix it but again the dealer should have taken care of all of it, And by not me raising hell to get him to do it, here is another toy I just got 2 weeks ago, right after the high-point
the tommy gun is a semi-automatic, sorry I'm rambling I just moved to Florida in January and I have not made any Friends so going to the range when my back lets me and being on the Internet is the other.

The blue spring was likely from the prototype. it was acting only as a buffer to prevent the bolt from contacted the end cap.
(spring causes a faster rebound and the bolt hits harder. this can cause light primer hits depending on the firing pin spring strength)
Because a spring does not make a good buffer in a SA, they changed to the better design of a Nylon or Polymer buffer.
So you are not likely missing any parts. it just needs a quick look and fitting and it should be operational.
